Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and any products marked as "final sale."

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Refunds
- Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or not in their original condition).
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@glowpal.shop with details and photos of the damage or defect.
- Exchange Process: Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will ship the replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided a prepaid return label.
